Support Groups for Parents
Thanks to a grant from the Carolina Autism and Neurodevelopment (CAN) Research Center, the Autism and Family Lab is offering parent support groups to meet the needs of SC families. Parenting a child or adult with autism is filled with both joy and challenges—and no one should have to navigate it alone. Our support groups offer a safe, welcoming space to connect, share, and grow together.
What you’ll find in our groups:
-
Support from other parents in a judgment-free environment
-
Shared stories, strategies, and encouragement
-
Practical information about services and family life
-
Come as you are—participate at your own pace
We offer four unique support groups, each led by trained facilitators and tailored to meet the specific needs of different caregiving journeys. Learn more and register for a group below.
